This work summarizes the total dependence on technology by the young generation of this century; a technology made of smartphones, social networks and applications of all kinds aimed at creating a totally fake reality that does not make us live for what we really are but for what we want to appear to be, making us totally slaves to ourselves and, unfortunately, complete conformists, to the detriment, in spite of myself, of the uniqueness of each person.
